Biography of Julie JohnsonBorn in 1960 in Phoenix, Arizona, Julie moved to Payson in 1983 after meeting Steve, her future husband. They started a home building company that has become very well respected in the community as SRJ Homes. In the last five years Steve and Julie have designed two gated communities, Oakridge Hills and Rim Ranch. While building approximately 20 custom homes a year for the past decade, they also have designed, built and sold many speculation homes in all of Payson. This experience, along with selling real estate since 1986, has given Julie incredible knowledge in home and land sales. "I sell most of my own listings which is not typical of most realtors. I am very driven to succeed and make people happy with my service. I love impressing people with service and knowledge." Julie started SRJ Real Estate in March of 2001. "I never have really needed to belong to a large firm to be successful. I have pretty much been on my own for a long time. I have always done the advertising for our real estate and home building company. Since I started my own real estate company, I decided I really want to make an impact on area sales. I am good in real estate both on the sales side and the listing side. I know how to advertise effectively, I know what values are, and I know what it takes to get property sold." Julie has been married since 1988 to Steve. They live in Oakridge Hills with their 3 golden retrievers. They enjoy staying in shape and being with family.
